how isit that the posts about these conversions dont have anything about the internal engine components.... isnt this needed??

Nope. Internals are strong enough to handle the moderate boost provided by most bolt on forced induction kits.

~$3200 up to 10k USD.. depends on how much power you want. And obviously, eventually you will need to upgrade the internals. $3200-5k for basic kits.
