Unbelievable
That's the issue now.I don't think its worth the cost to sue them. Taking the legal action is quite expensive and there is barely any "physical" evidence.
However, I just received my return receipt yesterday for the letter I sent them describing the law they were breaking (Maryland Commercial Law, Title 14, Subtitle 10, subsection 14-1003d) and requesting my invoice (this time on paper). In a few days, if I don't receive my invoice. I will be following up with the Maryland Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division who will then try to get the invoice.
What a hassle this has been... Its also hard to refrain from posting the review until all this is over.

Update:: The shop didn't send me my invoice and now some mediator from the Maryland Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division has mailed them my complaint. If they fail to give me my invoice within some time frame, the mediator will discuss further action with me.
The worst part of all this: I haven't been able to post any reviews yet in case I go to court. I just want my invoice so I can post the reviews web wide.
