Default unbrakeable autolock

I have it and I like it a lot. Does anyone else have it? How do you like it?

I considered it but I was worried that the footwell is so cramped that it might be too fiddley to put on and take off. How is it for ease of regular use?

I think the autolock is to make the car undrivable.
But with the stock immobilizer, there aren't any reports of s2ks being stolen by being driven away that I've heard of... maybe towed or flatbedded, but not driven.

Also, in the commercial, if you attach it to the brake, you can't put the car into gear... But weren't the cars all automatics? Wouldn't you need to attach it to the clutch for the same effect? I'm kinda guessing on this one, though.

But my major concern with the autolock is that it's not immediately visible, like the club. By the time Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie find out your car has an autolock, they've already shattered your window or cut through the convertible top!
I find that spandex steering wheel warning thing as a pretty lame deterrent, too. I think a showercap over the steering wheel would be just as effective.

I use mine everyday. The footwell is not THAT cramped. I also never put that yellow thing on the steering wheel.

Give me a hammer and a large scredriver and I'll take care of the autolock. The floorboards are not usually very stong in cars; go through them and now you have access to use the brake.

Also for our cars, you have to put it on the clutch.

I think they're a good idea, better than the steering wheel deals out there. Plus you cant start the car if you can't press the clutch down.
