I still don't see anywhere that a tracking number has been provided. If he went through all the "trouble" of mailing it, surely he would have provided it by now.

 

Don't assume everything is ok until you get that tracking number

At least a tracking number. He told me that by this week I will get my parts.. Its still wednesday I know, but I tracking number will put my mind at rest for now

What a bunch of BS. I read the other thread and its funny to me how mods stick up for these deadbeats. It reminds me of what happened to jahke a few months back. Typical s2ki mod bs if you ask me (lets cover for people we "know")

Bottom line, Trip paid for coilovers in October, Its now the end of January and Trip does not have coilovers. I dont give a f*ck how well off s2k1 is or how busy he is or how he is a good guy.

I hope that the "mods" do not allow this guy to sell on the forum anymore. There is no excuse (outside of death) for waiting 3.5 months to ship an item that has been paid for.

 

BTW Trip, good luck getting everything straightened out. The majority of us at s2ki hope this gets taken care of ASAP.

Brantshali was a key person to go out of his way and call Trent, With his help I got in contact again. Am sure he is doing his best to help this situation end on a positve note.

 

Brant, I've met you at HIN in 2003 and I know you're ok. But looking at this situation and others as most of us do, surely you can appreciate our apprehension on how these situations are dealt with.

It's just like reading about superstars in the media. All we know is what we read or see in the media which may not the real deal. Maybe Barry Bonds isn't a complete a$$$... dunno, but the media shows us only that side of him. Or maybe it's the side that Barry shows us.

Either way, the situation is bad and doesn't seem to be getting better. Several of you(admin type folks) have vouched for the guy and still nothing. That says even more about the character of the person you're trying to defend. It says, "Hey, I don't care that people are sticking their necks out for me. I don't care that their good names may go down because I lied."

Personally, I do have a dog in this fight because I buy and sell on this forum. I would hope that someone would help me out in the event that I got stiffed by any member, let alone someone with resources. I hope that you read this as it is written- and that is without emotion, simply citing how the common man views this situation. Nothing more.
