[QUOTE=Bass,Jan 19 2005, 11:10 PM] To all - I am sorry my post is not as polished as Skip's but that's just the way i write

Dan and John - You guys are great and I hope you understand the gist of what I was trying to rely to Brant, Although in all honesty John, i was certainly confused with your earlier concerns about hiding the sellers identity until after you had a chance to contact the seller

By this point I would have asked for my money back. 3 months no ship? did he give a reason why they never shipped?

Just wanted to keep this at the top of the forum...

My .02 - I always try to "walk a mile in the other guy's shoes" in most circumstances. However, I just don't see any good reason that you could leave a guy hanging for over three months after receiving payment. Things happen - accidents occur, sickness, a death in the family, etc. If something occurred that prevented the seller from sending the product out immediately, then he should have stated it and given the seller a timeline for when it would ship. If financial problems have occurred, then the seller should just return the money. Your word and integrity are worth more than the money in my opinion.

Doesn't help much if you have no integrity, which is obviously the case in this situation. Must still be really busy at Best Buy with all the after Xmas returns.

Henceforth you can assume that everything I say on this this thread or any other UNLESS I SPECIFY OTHERWISE to be coming from ME...not a Moderator. That is the case here and has always been the case. It's not by my choice that Moderator is listed under my title.
LOL, how old are you? That's not quite how life works. You don't just get to set aside things like that and expect people to buy into it.
