As you said BASS, Trent wont carry any responsibilities for the exchange rate nor the bank charges. In theory he should also pay for the expenses i had to pay for the 3 months wait, not to mention 3 months of interest.

Its not that i do have patients, but am on the other side of the world and couldn't do much about it.

I really appreciate all the time wasted and phone calls you have made to get this story to this point.

I will keep you updated first thing in the morning.

Should his name stay in the "Bad Seller" thread?

I recovered Lm498 from Lm558

with the difference ($228) I could have easily buy a nice gift for my car.

WTF. Hope TRENT gets the bad name he deserves in this forum, other forum and if possible at work.

if he knew he couldn't send the coilovers, he should have sent the money before, I wold have more cash, more time to look for another set, and there was around 10 sets for sale in these 3 months. Due to the urgency, i couldn't wait for a sale to drop in here, i had to buy them from japan with an extra fast delivery and costed me 214600Yen including shipping

214600 = around $2000

final result.
SET OF TEIN COILOVERS + EDFC
$2000 (for the set)
$228 (what i lost)

I payed total $2228

My budget was $1550

THANKS TRENT

TRENT's name should be a sticky on top of the bad guys list, with a warning underneath not to trust him or believe any word he says, nor pretending to get help from the local UTAH community. They are all in the same boat

So is this the final resolution? If so I say for the culprit.
