Default update on aftermarket air filters

seems like using search I can only find threads that are a couple of years old. Plenty on info on JR and K&N but what about the others?

which is better JR, K&N, the MG racing, etc.?

looking for a reusable filter, preferable oil-free and I don't really believe in the HP gain.
At least I feel it is insignificant for my driving.

thanks

I thought that all reusable filters were to be oiled. I have a Comptech drop in and I like it, its much better than the dirty stock filter...
