I really don't know how you guys can wait for months on end. If something is suppose to be shipped to me within 2-3 weeks, it better be here by then or else give me a refund and not the run around. If you want to keep your customers give them their money back, so they trust you and will continue buying products from you.

I spoke with Final Level Garage Phil, and it seems like it was an issue with Magnaflow. Either way I understand where you're coming from, from personal experience with other vendors. anyways if it helps i'll PM his cell number to you so you can talk to him. Phil said it was okay

good luck

Shouldn't the VENDOR MAKE THE EFFORT to contact the paying customer? That is bullshit, i will NEVER buy from them just for this reason. You don't have a 3rd party PM the paying customer a cell#

Yeah, that really isn't cool in my eyes. If he knows about this problem should he be the one trying to correct it?!? I'll give him a call and see if we can get this settled.

About the wait, I knew going into this that i was the tester of this exhaust, and maybe the first one to get it. I work in a body shop so i know that there are delays, esp. when dealing with a new product. I know how much it pisses me off when customers don't understand that delays happen. I don't like to be a hypocrite, so i didn't jump up their ass when i didn't get it in 3 weeks. I guess shame on me for not jumping on this problem sooner.

Oh and thank you very much Xpresso2am for the phone number

I'm sorry guy's but I too have had problems with Filmactic / Final Level Garage, I ordered 3M film for the front of my car thru a GB, sent payment thru PayPal and for 2 months nothing, I PM'ed and emailed and all I was told was that they were having problems with UPS, then after 3 weeks I emailed again and was told that they did mot know what happened, I had mt CC company stop payment / file dispute, then i got an email apologizing for what happened and I was promised that I would be given a full refund and I was going to get the kit for "free", weeks have pased and nothing showed up so I emailed again and said I did not expect anything for free but I needed the kit and I was willing to pay for it as long as it would be sent, weeks have past and Nothing has happened...............................DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE GUY's

I have a purchase through him (final level) right now. He's had my payment for 2 weeks, said the order was processed. No tracking number so far, I asked him last monday. I'm waiting for something more useful than "i don't know I'll check into it" I'm normally a very patient person and will give him the benefit of the doubt, but I'd still like to know where the stuff I paid him for is.

** edit: just found I have email from him saying there was an unexpected delay and I should be getting a tracking number soon and the shipment next week. fingers crossed.**

wow I just read this. I too have purchased or should I say pre paid for the work emotion XD-9s from fillmatic, but I cant say anything since I know they are barely getting these rims to vendors since of last week, and Im waiting on my set. I spoke with Phil over the weekend, since I had no internet over the weekend, he seems like a nice guy and is trying to help me out. I have nothing against Phil, I hope he does take care of this situation. As for the work emotion rims, I think I might just ask for my money back since I need brakes now , unless the rims come in this week , then I have no choice..haha.

ps: he said he was having internet problems over the weekend if that helps. I don't know when he'll be up online, but hopefully soon so he can respond to this thread to clear things up .

yeah, this is getting out of hand now. All i want is for him to paypal me back the money, thats it, he can do it from any computer with the internet. I'm sick and tired of this BS that I've had to go through to get a refund, it's obnoxius. I really don't care if he's busy, because you know what, if you run a buisness you should put paying customers first. All I ask for is about 2 minutes of his time to go onto paypal and transfer the money back into my account.

Sorry for my rant, just getting real frustrated.

yeah this is getting bad. Phil needs to handle his business, and quickly.

He is a truly nice dude, not sure what the deal is with telling every customer there is a delay. Cannot be a delay on every part or manufacturer...

GL to all involved.
