freaking ay!!! Paypal automatically closes my dispute since I payed him on the 2nd of March for the Work Emotion XD-9s. This payment was because of the whole "prepay" that vendors had going. I have never dones this before but decided to go ahead and do it because I thought the vendors here on s2ki were honest. I had trust in this vendor since he was a paying member/vendor. Now I dont know what to do , I am going to call paypal later today when they open again. I am so freaking disappointed now . Im gonna also call my credit card company.

I'm not buying it....have him get me proof that his assets were frozen (ie..a couple of the MANY letters they would have sent him prior to siezing his assets...standard s.o.p.) check my thread for more details.

dont even bother with paypal , go straight to your credit card and dispute.

this is really upsetting. He said my stuff was shipped and would be at my house last week. If nothing shows in the next day or so, I'm filing.

What do you propose? Please start a thread in Site Info - cthree would probably be all ears for such a thing......however.....

S2Ki is not a protectorate - think of it more as an advertising medium. If a furniture retail outlet bought a $12,000 advertisement in your local newspaper saying that all couches were 50% off over the past weekend, but when you went into the store you found they had all these added charges and then they never delivered your couch - would you complain to the newspaper about their screening process? Maybe you have an idea that we can use in our electronic medium that will revolutionize selling practices on the Internet, but please start a thread in Site Info.

I'm not trying to dispute you, as I would love to see something come about that stops this kind of seller from happening!

If you do start a Site Info thread, please provide a link in this thread.

^ Alex it's ok, some people don't understand that it's not that easy.......let's stay on topic here, I don't want this getting into a dispute over anything except for Fillmatic and our money

I did the same thing...I used by bank account since it was a Group Buy I didn't think I needed to worry...I'm filing a claim with my Bank (not sure if it will do much though) along with PayPal. I'll be following up later with the Cali Franchise Tax Board on his story, next the feds, then I also have a little more for him in the form of law
