Let me make it clear I took it back becuse my Computer at home is gong down for work. Not anything he did. I was hooking up a friend for as long as I could. I'm going to call Phil today and try and find out what is going on.

Called him voice mail full and dident pick up

 

yeah I'm thinking that Phil needs some face to face talking to versus attempting to call him. I'm sure he's avoiding all of this. Better to have some s2ki socal folks stop by to speak with him then my buddies that are stationed there, but that point is getting very close.

 

Ok hear is the word I got from Phil tonight. He is F@cked I guess from not paying tax's and tickets and what not, all of his assets have ben seiesed buy the franchise tax board. He said that he has no internet at home or a computer. He said that he does not have anyone's money or parts. He said to go ahead and file dispute with paypal and your credit card company and try to get your money back. or he will try to pay people back as soon as he get's a new job and starts making money.


Ok I did my part and found out what is going on I'm sorry that this has happend to who ever got burned. i cant say why he will not pick up his phone I guess he really has nothing to say for himself so why pick up. ok now you know
