You will spend thousands and thousands of dollars trying to get the big power without FI or Nitrous, and it will still be dissapointing compared to FI/No2. Why wouldn't you want the F/I, just curious....????

PS-Maybe you are not driving your car to it's potential as even when my S2000 was stock I had no trouble kicking RSX-S butts! I even creamed one in a race from 0-100 in my company car (Infiniti G35 6spd). Pulled him so hard his head spun!!!!

The Thiokol SRBs help a lot and they're on sale right now. NASA's demand has eased up a bit in the last few months.

Here's a clip from the S2000's Helms Manual on installation:

Why the hell would you go and make the car as light as possible and the go and add an ugly ass wing that adds more weight but has no function?

Sorry, but I have to call you out on this.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about and to make matters worse, you've just demonstrated your ignorance to the entire board.

This wing does serve a function. Furthermore, it adds very little weight.

The owner/driver of this particular S happens to be one of the fastest drivers in the OTC right now. Granted, drivers skill has a lot to do with it but so does the car.

Why dont you look at doing a titanium exhaust, they will add a bit more HP. But the wieght savings will help also a little bit. I agree if you want to really beat him then why not just go FI? My advice find a GOOD speed shop in your area, talk to them tell them what you want. Then research thier advice and make a very informed decisionm without blowing lots of $$ for 10 hp.

Actually... if you think about it, the _BEST_ weight savings, and the MOST COST EFFECTIVE performance boost, is to lose weight yourself.

For $0, you can save up to 30 pounds or more! Go from 180 to 150... and all for free! You can't beat free!

And those 30 or so pounds save you far more than stripping out the carpet or even changing exaust ever could. And did I mention this mod is _FREE_?

Be careful what you say if you're not able to back it up immediately. This isn't a B16A, so gains are not so readily seen with the standard set of head work jigs. If I had to put my money on anyone getting a lot of power from the F20C, it would be Ultimate Lurker and his crew of wizards, but even HE is still working on it.
