I did the upgrade first simply because there was nothing wrong with my gears at that time. Just recently I went with the 4.57r and can tell you that i felt a bigger difference with the upgrade than gears, but thats a no brainer since it added 75+ HP...

C4SxM5, we should meet up. I dont know anyone else around here with a S personally. I just see a few driving around and they are all stock. It would be great to see another S up close with some mods...
