From the Article

"They're too bright," says motorist Michelle Massey of St. Louis, who often drives her sport-utility vehicle on secondary roads at night.

Isn't this the pot calling the kettle black?

I agree the silly SUVs with their fog lamps and/or brights are far more dangerous than our HIDs. Besides, I never have a problem with HID cars coming at me. I do, however find those HID-look bulbs to be annoying. Also, at the end of my street is a 4 way interesection. The main road runs perpendicular to my street, and my street continues on past the main road at a decline... so, cars coming towards the main road come to a stop at a incline, which blinds me... and I am talking about non HID cars with lights that blind me...

I think the research needs to be non biased...

you want to complain about glare? Well, with my HIDs, your front LP reflection blinds me, so front plates should be banned...

think it will pass?
