Default v8 s2k

so i went down to the local drag strip with my buddy we were trying out his new engine in his old chevelle and he pulled up next to an s2000. us thinking well we are puting out over 800hp so we should smoke this guy, don't care what he has under there.

well he smoked us by a second and a half him putting down a 9 flat!!

so we asked him what in the hell you got under there?

he saaid oh this nothing much and said you want to see?

so we came over and saw not the regular little 4 banger that i am used to seeing was a big massive v8!!! clearly stunned i just said how? he then went on to tell me that he had purchased the car from a junk yard for $500. the engine had blown, and most all the car had been burnt out. so he stripped what was left and started over, he ripped out basically everything, strengthened the frame beffed up the suspention and put it the engine and trans to match put on a completely new drivetrain (not normaly for an s) and pounded and banged until it all fit.

according to him he does this to all kinds of crazy cars a vw bus, an old vw beetle, a ford pinto and a gremlin.

he enjoys doing this and then just blowing the doors off of his unsuspecting prey...

i think that he does it mainly for the attention it get him, but i thought it was hugely amuzing

Not a fan of the idea. I'm a firm believer in keeping your car somewhat the way it came. Adding a turbocharger is one thing, but replacing the engine with twice the amount of cylinders that was definitely not produced by Honda is just ruining a beautiful machine IMO.

almost every phone now a days have some sort of camera, unless you have a 1990's phone or you decided bringing the phone was for some reason not a good idea either.

Meh, the motor was blown. It was already ruined. It's not like the S with its factory engine is a collector's item or anything.
