Larry's s2000 has verticle doors.

I like them, though I agree it looks odd on a convertible, I'd prefer wing doors like Enzo and McLaren-

I've seen Winged doors before.... but they looked REALLY flimsy. Like the door goes out a bit first (and as it goes out, it sorta flaps a bit... like back and forth, as if it isn't very secure) then upwards.

I'm sure not all conversion kits are like that, but it CERTAINLY wasn't like Lambo's doors...which open up real smooth... gliding upwards. This just look awkward, probably because it needed to go out about 2-3 inches first, then go up, and as i said it looked "flimsy". I definitely think it would compromise the structural integrity.

 

What it boils down to is: 1. Expensive, 2. Unreliable, 3. Inconvenient... and the one that you should be most concerned with:

4. For every one person who compliments you on the conversion, I predict there will be 10 more standing around laughing their asses off at what a stupid idea it was. Of course, ricers seem to have a facility for ignoring the "haters," so maybe this would be no problem for you. Have fun.

Now your above message .WOW.First of all you requested
what we think of these doors .So in order to tell you
we have to convert thought into the written word.
Along with that comes subjective information .
You may need to mature a bit so you can accept subjective
thought .Afterall you asked on top "i want to know what you
guys think "now you are all upset as you were told .maybe you didn't want to know .these doors have been in the industry for years with no success
