Default Vibrating tonneau strap fix???

I saw a post where someone mentioned a fix for the tonneau strap vibrating in the wind. Thanks for sharing.

I haven't posted, but I just twist the strap one revolution. Problem fixed.

Thanks, I thought that might do it but haven't tried it yet.

I use two twists. But it works with one, or so it has been posted in other threads.

The better solution is the half-twist. This minimizes the stretch of the elastic band. Do a search and you'll see how it is done -- it is so clever that even if someone else installs the boot cover for you, they will do it "right".
