Default View from my desk

I am not sure if I am posting this to brag or start a discussion, but I figured that I would share the nice view I have from my office window at work:

Oh how easy it is to daydream!!

So the discussion can continue with the questions: Where does your S wait while you are hard at work? Any good/bad/interesting pics of your S at the work place?

Mine waits at home for me to come home and drive her up and down the avenue as I commute via public transportation. These Los Angeles freeways = teh sux!

The mini-van's parking spot > yours. Also, why do you park with the top down? Leather will wear quicker and the dash will fade.

I do not bring my car to class. When I go to work, I park it where I can keep an eye on it every now and then when I walk to the window. I park next to a GTO (my boss) and no one else parks in that parking lot so we're safe.

HAHA! That kind of view would drive me insane. I'd also agree the minivan's spot is way better than yours. Maybe you could make up a fake handicapped tag and fake a limp or something to get the spot?

That is a spot for company cars. Otherwise I would be on top of that. Dash fade and leather wear? I did a search and did not find what I wanted. Are you talking about UV degradation on the leather? And don't all dashes fade (ie windshield = no protection from sunlight)?

what you need is a sunshade from cee baileys and some nice reflective tint. that's what i've done. i'll test it out for a few years and report back how it went.

leather will dry, fade, and crack if left out in the sun. thats why you've got to put leather conditioner on it every so often. also 303 aerospace protectant has a lot of uv inhibitors to prevent uv degradation on leather and vinyl/rubber/plastic. its also got a nice matte finish as opposed to armor all's uber-shiney finish.
