when i enter my vin # so its shows im a owner its tellin my its wrong??

You're entering the full VIN # as printed on top of drivers side of dash, right? Try it one more time to verify that you haven't entered a wrong digit somewhere.....if this fails, then do what dlq04 recommends...

make sure that you are entering zero's not o's there are no o's in a vin
