Default Voodoo knob problems!

So some jerk off decides to steal my Momo shift knob after I had an insert made for it so it would thread onto my shift lever. After brief consideration I decide to take the plunge and order a VooDoo shift knob from Rick's and I finaly get it yesterday. I go to spin it on and what do you know????? The wrong friggin thread size! The threads on the knob are smaller than the shifter As always, this just seems to be my luck.

Some other problems I have had recently are: I ordered a cooling plate from another company and it took two weeks to get it when the company sending it is less then 80 miles from me and they claimed it to be in stock at the time of order. Once I did get it I was more then happy with the product!

Another was I ordered a Greddy oil catch from a local company can and specified that I NEEDED the round one for clearance concerns, but when it shows up it is the larger square one! They said that they upgraded me for free because they were out of the round. Nice, but now it wont mount to were I wanted it. Oh well I guess

This is all within the last 3 weeks for me! I am getting sick of it. So now I guess I will have to spend another $25 at a local machine shop to have my Voodoo fixed. I am not sure I want to take the time to send it back and wait for it for another 2 weeks. I drive this car daily. I guess I will have to find a new location for the catch can because they are out of stock of the round and will only give me store credit if I return it Plus now I have to buy some more hose to run it because the hose they gave me with it is way too short. I am sorry if I sound like I am whining but I just needed to vent

I have not contacted him yet because it will probably take two weeks to get it there and back and I could just take it to a machine shop here locally to fix.

Please do not misunderstand my post though, I am in no way bashing Rick. He is a great seller and a great guy. Mistakes happen from time to time. I just seem to get all the mistakes lately.

You really need to e-mail us. At this point with a post on s2ki.com, we don't know who you are. So we can't do anything. When we screw up, and it happens we make it right as soon as we can. We even cover the return shipping too.

so send us an e-mail. Don't have a machine shop fit it, they will charge you. We will fit it for free. You just have to give us a chance to .
