I'm considering one of the Voodoo recessed knobs. They lower the overall shifter height by 1" which is substantial.

I have the pearl aluminum one. It is lighter in color than the radio door, but still looks good in my opinion. I have a 2006 radio door BTW. The throw is definetely shorter. The aluminum knobs are much lighter than the stock knob, so it took some time to get used to the new one. I hear the titanium is much heavier for a more solid feel.

 

I have one of each type. I had the aluminum knob and then bought a Ti knob. The spun aluminum knob more closely matches the radio door while the Ti knob is darker. I like both and will switch every few months to change the look a little.

 

i also have pearl aluminum on my 05. It's not a perfect match, but definitely good enough for me.

 

I have a Ti it is darker but heavier, it makes the shifts feel crisper and a more solid feel. One of the best mods i have done.

along with a steering wheel badge.

 

I have a pearl Al, pretty close match. Fantastic quality, great feel. Considering a Ti.
