Does anybody know when the Vortech Supercharger release date will be? And have they dyno tested it yet?

 

I'm anxiously waiting as well. At this point I don't know if I should go with the Comptech...since its like a 2 week waiting list...and get the aftercooler when it comes out. Or if I should wait to see what becomes available.

Btw, does anyone know what the aftercooler's projected HP/TQ increase will be? (or your speculation) I'm still new to this all and haven't done any research on it yet

there's no dynos so I wouldn't speculate anything.

release date - unconfirmed, my guesstimate would be the first week in Jan.

 

Wow, first week of January is right around the corner. I guess I'll wait and see how things go.

I have seen Comptech's aftercooler, it looks sweet. Very similar to the Vortech. I have been told the aftercooler with an additional 2psi of boost puts out around 320hp to the wheels. They are experimenting with more boost not sure what the outcome of that is.

 

Sounds like its going to be a sweet setup. I wonder if there will be a noticable TQ increase.
