This, plus some Burberry calipers and you're golden.

Popular Mechanics did a test of these fuel saver devices last year:

Looking For A Miracle

They're all garbage.

Cool

[QUOTE]A kid tried to tell me one time that he had one of these and so his car was turbocharged. wtf?

A friend of mine with a 540i 6spd talked to some kid with an E36 M3...he was bragging all over the place that he had a vortex supercharged M3 for like a year! He got spanked by a stock 540i and wondered what the hell happened. He popped the hood and everybody laughed when all he had was a "cold air charger" and a tornado vortex coke can!!!!!

I was wondering if anyone has used the vortex generator for their S2000. I really like higher MPG (who wouldn't esp. in calif. bay area?) and is wondering if there are any noticable gains for 15 bucks?

here is a pic and link

Ebay Vortex Generator - S2000

P-L-E-A-S-E !!!! That Popular Mechanics test was full of scientific procedures and statistically derived conclusions. They are NOT valid.
ONLY figures generated by my Mickey Mouse calculator and my unerring BUTT dyno are indisputable. Let's not allow science and good testing technique cloud the results of what many people consider truly gifted inventions.

Thing is, when you bought your vortex generator, EVERYBODY was buying them, so I had a market for my inducers. Now that not many people are getting the BIG HP bug from those things, I have to almost give the damn things away.
I don't suppose I can get a refund on the difference?

I'm selling "phase inducers" on ebay. 20 bucks, for a limited time only, I'll send you 2 of them, PLUS, if you act now, I'll send you a 2" strip of litmus paper so you can test the air/air mixture after it goes through to be assured of that perfectly generated vortex.
Yeah, well I'm selling "polarity condensers" on ebay. They work twice as good as the phase inducers and only cost $20 more. Coupled with a megan header you'll get lots of gains. I'm still waiting on a dyno plot though
