VTEC not kicking in

hey, sounds like my car is doing the same thing!

My car stutters at WOT and at stoplights the idle looks like the engine might die sometimes. The RPM will fall to under 200 rpm but then bounce back....the electrical system goes out too and then comes back!

The car is at the dealer again so we'll see what they say!

Thanks for everyone's input so far--I am going to have some of my friends drive the car tomorrow to see if they agree with me or not. It could just be my imagination since I drive my car on a daily basis. Then if they agree or not, then I'll take it in. Nevertheless the oil level is to the top line on the dip stick--I talked to my dad, and he said that as long as you didnt see any above he thought it would be fine. I'll keep everyone posted.
