Why is it that my VTEC sounds nice and clean sometimes, but other times it sounds kinda raspy and ricey? Like a lose piece of metal is in my exhaust? I just had a muffler shop weld me an angled single exhaust pipe to my Apexi N1 muffler.

Exactly! That's why I didn't even bother with it. I just knew there was more to it than what was posted. It's just not worth anyone's time when someone is just "fishing" for answers to a situation that isn't fully explained. And even with TWO separate threads, the description is still not complete enough for anyone to venture even a wild guess.
