I just realized what VTECing is all about. Unfortunatly, My car had only 345 miles on it when I first hit 7k. How much damage did I do? Any long lasting negative effects other than getting yelled at by my wife?

 

its done...you probably have lost about 50 horsepower because of that move!

you will be fine. Just don't make a habit of it...yet.
