Default want to lower about an inch .. which springs?

Hi,

I put 17' wheels on my car with the 04 tire sizes (215 45 17 f and 245 40 17 r) The car looks great but i wouldn't mind lowering it about an inch.

I really would like to do coilovers but i might have to just do springs in the meantime.

so what springs would you recommend to get a one inch drop and give me a great smooth ride? (i am considering eibach or H&R is one better then the other??)

also what coilovers give the best ride. (too many choices, tein, showa, buddy club etc) what is the pros / cons of each. I would (1) best ride quality (2) ability to fine tune ride height (3) light weight (3) ability to get rebuilt.

Thanks

otm

kg/mm sport springs, they're a 15mm drop. There's a gb on them by 4IG over in the gb section.

Go with kg/mm supersports. You will not be sorry. I assume that coilovers have advantages over springs and a shock package, but quite a few people get the springs and then go with koni yellows. I have the kg/mm race spring (1 3/8 drop) and I will be getting the koni's after I graduate and find a job.

Another option aside from kg/mm you can do is Eibach Pro-kit. I got them on my S and I love the ride quality. The drop it about an inch.

Try Eibach. They lower exactly 1 inch...
