I was reading the post about the #4 cylinder failing with the comptech supercharger, and decided to warn all those who thought about doing this mod to your car. I also own a 99 Si which has Jackson Supercharger. Well my problem was not the engine, but with the o2 sensor on the headers. I know that this was not that costly of a replacement but when I took my car to the dealer, after seeing the supercharger, I recieved a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived there they told me my factory warranty was completely void due to the chager and never to come back.
After thinking this was BS, I called American Honda and my local rep came to look at my car and agreed with the dealership and said they would not cover the part or any other engine related claims that I may have in the future.

So think about the cost if something were to happen to an $11,000 engine!!!!!!!!!!ouch
