Default Warranty Question

Ok so I took my 03 in today to have a parking light bulb replaced in the headlamp. They came back and told me that there was an electrical problem and that socket wasn't getting power (just the parking lamp is impacted, not the HID or turn signal). Anyway she wrote warranty on the paper they were using and said it wouldn't cost anything and warranty would cover it but would take a few hours before it was done. Now my question/concern is that I have done some electrical modifications to the car such as installing the Alpine 98XX HU, and installing MacGyvers windscreen. The Alpine HU is hard wired to the positive terminal on the battery, while the windscreen is connected to an extra blade on the fuse box. The issue with the parking lamp started after I cleared my headlights and put them back on the car and the subsequent installs of the HU and windscreen had nothing to do with it. The alpine install and windscreen install were done months after the problem with the parking light started and nothing I have is actually spliced into the electrical system anywhere except a brake power line for the windscreen. Can Honda now come back to me when they find the problem and reverse their previous statement that it is under warranty? I was up front with them about the windscreen when she asked me about any aftermarket wiring, told her that it was connected via a blade on the fuse box and that it wasn't cut into the electrical system and she didn't go back on her earlier statement that it was under warranty. Just want some idea as to what you guys think might happen here or if because they already said it was covered by warranty I am good to go regardless...

I would say you are probably safe. If you can remove your mods from the equasion and the problem still exists, it would be hard to prove that you were at fault.
