thanks! So injen makes a filter umbrella? Good site to buy?Yeh I've been told just recenlty that hydrolock is a urban legend and 100% of CAI owners I've talked have never had that prob. Some have had it on for several years in rain etc. I'm sure there a few cases but I'm thinking the ratio is probably slim to getting hydrolock.

 

trust me hydrolock is NOT an urban legend. a friend of mine got his Si's engine hydrolocked, and had to find a used engine to replace the old one. and of course he had to pay it all out of his pocket cuz the insurance wouldn't cover it.

 

hmmm suckage man. So maybe the Question to ask is...........how many s2ks owners have had hydrolock probs on here? I did search and didn't come up with clear results. One guy towed his car home and thats about it.
