Stop ripping people off. $139! What are you smoking? This is a little insane. I'll arrange an s2000 meet and teach everyone here how to make these yourselves for $20. Price justification please.

I disagree so I guess you'll have to prove it to me. Your right I have one and I would have to say your wrong. But just so I understand youo correctly, your saying that this will never help the intake tube... ever??? is that what your saying...

ever sit in traffic for a while and then the traffic breaks up all the while your intake tube is being nicely heated up for you while your sitting there...I would agree that once your moving again its not as effective but your intake tube is still cooler once you do get going again.

That's how I feel... and I also like the part...

That heat shield will only help lower temps while sitting still.
Hope that clears things up for you.

I really don't think performance matters while sitting in traffic. Or even "when traffic breaks up". I live in Dallas, and even when traffic breaks up, there is still lots of traffic, and it is totally unnecessary to be racing through the "broken up" traffic.

But for beautification of the engine bay, this product works. But for the price of $100+, hell no. Waste of money.

I totally agree. But the heat shield won't cure cancer.
