Ok but on a serious note....the following top 10 items:
1.Dont bring your fat g/f
2.Hit the treadmill
3.Take a $H1t before driving
4.Get rid of those pesky dashboard controll knobs
5.Dont wear your jewlery
6.Spit in a cup all day before yo udrive
7.Drive barefoot in your man thong
8.Trim back your fingernails
9.Shave your legs
10.Take off a couple of those lug nuts...i mean hell 3outa 5 should hold it on.
FOR THE TRUE RICE ENTHUSIASTS
Drill numerous holes in your car's body panels and in your body too (its only fair)
Take out all the support metal under your hood and in your doors. Take out the glass and replace with clear plastic wrap (plexi is too heavy)
Trim those rims down hommies! just sand em until they're reallly really flexible to soak up those bumps! and they'll be lighter!

If you do all the other things including the rice enthusiast ones you could afford to add your fat chick back into the equation and still end up about where you started! think of it this way:
FREE FAT CHICK!

I'll include JanNov's too:

-spare tire / tools
-on that note, strip trunk interior
-exhaust / headers / cat
-lighter wheels (rotational mass reduction is exponentially better)
-lighter doors, carbon fiber (ASM produces them)
-lighter hood/trunk, possibly carbon fiber -- I've heard in a few cases that carbon fiber hoods are not lighter than OEM.
-lighter seat (non-leather, carbon-fiber bucket) / throw passenger seat+seatbelt out
-get rid of mats, even interior furnishing
-get rid of cruise control
-(not sure if it works for the s2k, but) get rid of a/c
-drill holes into pedals (f40-like) / plastic, maybe?
-get rid of both rollhoops
-smaller fuel tank (use stripped trunk, perhaps)
-lighter flywheel
-lighter transmission parts if you could find them (dont know how aftermarket weights against oem)
-if there was one, a lighter driveshaft.

this list is getting anal, but you get the picture.
I'm fairly sure there probably are other things you could get rid of if you wanted a purpose-built car. Such items include: the windshield wipers, wiper fluid reservoir/tubes, headlights, tailights, soft-top mechanism + soft-top, middle console cover, glovebox door, radio, radio door, secret compartment door (along with little plastic window), airbags, replace oem wheel... by this time, I guess you could get rid of the side-windows and window mechanisms including motors/buttons, and throw in the side mirrors and rearview mirror. I'm not sure the ASM doors even have proper interiors.

At this point we have a car that can't be used for anything other than drag racing (even then its questionable if you'll be let on the strip). I doubt anyone would let you on a proper track.

Basically, you would strip off everything you can just short of what the car needs to be able to run and move.

personally when it comes to weight reduction, i just took out the spare tire and tools and then lost 50 pounds. That worked for me. Now i just want to get a supercharger. That way i can be faster and keep my interior. Best of both worlds.
