Yes, definatly look into driving courses first out of everything....
Next look into getting matching tires all the way around. 150%!!!
Somewhere in the middle you should definatly lower your PSI to somewhere around 30-32
after all of this, get an alignment.
You should have no troubles keeping up with the Z's after all of this

do becareful if you're doing hard cornering with low profile tires. They'll bottom out where your rims would touch the ground.
I run 36psi or so cold with 255/40/17's in the rear. high psi does let go of the grip a bit, but you do get a nice stiffer sidewalls that wont sag on hard turns.
