hi guys
i dunno if you remember correctly , but there was a group buy on KG/MM lowering springs by 4IGS2000
the group buy was held in october
we were promised a shipping date in november
the shipping date got pushed back to december
after weeks of waiting, everyone was soo relived that the springs were at last being shipped
4IGS2000 promised me that my set would be the first one shipped because i payed before everybody else
no springs in december
no springs in january
no springs in february
and now its nearly the end of march, and STILL no springs!
im really tiered of waiting for those springs, as i prosponed alot of things because of those damn springs
so last week i sent a PM to 4IG asking him to see what he can do , plus i ask him for a USPS #...BUT i still havent gotten a repley from him(he seems to rarley be online these days )
i know for sure that they are shipped, and we ordered a ton of stuff from 4IG before including intakes, amuse lips , etc....and they arrived no problems
im really confused on why these havent arrived yet
so im asking , what can i do in this situation? its hard cause im not local...
any help would be great...thanks!

 

I cannot help with your springs situation. But what you should have done is put a meaningful subject to your post.

How is it you "know" they are shiped? Wouldn't they have made it by now?

FWIW if you haven't heard anything or recieved ANY product, don't count on anything. SoDakS2k and I bailed on that GB when it started getting iffy and bought from Bulletproof for the same price.

brandon has been in the middle of swtiching companies. the problems were not from him but his former employer. give hium some time. he is a good guy and should come through.

 

I remember sending those springs out, i guarrantee it i sent them out, they went postal mail, they werent sent the exact day those intakes were sent out.
Honestly i would put good $$ that the postal service lost them. I SENT THOSE OUT FOR SURE, i remember cause it was like $80 something $$ to ship a set to you.
If you want to order another set i can sell it at a discounted price, but still the shipping will up to you.. I WILL NOT SHIP IT POSTAL MAIL anymore

Why would he PAY for ANOTHER set from you??

 

There is no tracking # for international airmail. It was way too expensive to ship EMS which is express, it was double the price. We cant be responsible for lost items via the postal mail.

 

i am very sorry it got lost, but i have no control of the post office, i am 100% sure we did send it out. I took it to the post office myself with the intakes.
