Upgrades for my bargain S2000
new to me set of take off CR struts, some upgrades wheels to 17” 5zigen wheels and tires, and converted the center to an AP2 dash out of a C.R. and shift ball.
The ball was installed after photo was taken. Rounder and yellow lettering

Nice! At least the old man of the mountain lives on via the license plates there in NH. You might have to wait a long time to pull the S2K out of storage every year, but man, when that time does come what a beautiful spot you live in with great backroads everywhere you look.
You must have your share of scenic driving there in Oregon as well!

Liking the wheels, not so much the color lol

That was followed by a thorough washing of the car (to stay on topic with the thread, lol).
Enjoy the warmer weather and here's hoping that "what did you do to your S2000 today?" involves more and more driving over the coming weeks.

Today is a big day: new battery, oem air filter, oem cabin filter, oem NGK spark plugs, fresh Hond MTF trans fluid, fresh clutch fluid, ATE 200 brake fluid, Flush/Fresh Honda type2 coolant, AMS synthetic oil, AMS synthetic differential fluid, valve adjustment. If needed, new oem brake pads. Then straight to the detailed for a full wash/clay/wax. Can’t wait to pick her up from the mechanic (work has me too buried to do this all myself)

For my "new" MY03: Oil and filter change, trans. oil change, dif oil change, coolant change, brake fluid change, clutch fluid change, new air filter, new cabin filter, remove hardtop and hoist to garage rafters with storage cover in place. Next up - a fresh tank of fuel and a bit of fuel stabilizer. Then one more drive, a quick wash, top off the fuel, and the car goes into hibernation, with cover on, in a storage building near my home. The battery will be removed, and I'll keep it in a warm and dry space at home with a battery tender. Not sure how long the hibernation will be. At least one year - could be up to four years. I'll bring it out for a week every spring to give it a bit of exercise.
