I would not mod it for awhile.. once you get used to driving and looking at the car, decide which aspect you want to change the most, and put the money towards it
Good call. Settle in with the car for a little while and figure out what you would like to change.

I say you have two options here...

Looks:
Front lip (not sure if you have one already) and some Ground Control adjustable springs. Then clear your corners and side blinkers.

Or

Go fast:
Gears

Intake, X-Brace, Front Anti-Sway Bar (depending on if you feel your car is too tailhappy)

I wouldn't waste a bunch of money on an intake. Gut the stock box and put in a K&N filter. Get an exhaust with test pipe.
Stay away from the DC headers as they produce no gains.
Do a couple cosmetic things like clear side markers etc.

this may sound boring but! do a valve adjustment. compression check. double check the valve retainers. throttle body cleaning. fuel injector cleaning, to include removal and new o-rings, seals. clutch fluid change. brake fluid change. four-wheel alignment. and most important, new tires. those So2's may look ok, but they are really only good for about 8-10k mi. the difference with new tires is unbelievable.
