Default What to do with one side strake?

I "removed" my drivers side side strake with a cone last year while autoXing. For those not familiar, there is a hole drilled into the body to mount them. Ive been rolling with one side strake on for a few months after an attempt to tape the old one back on.... .

My dilema is: the best I can do for a new kit (you have to purchase 2 of them from Honda) is $330. Already posted in WTB section for one, which was totaly useless. Should I try to sell my one pass side for like $75 to try and offset the cost of the new ones? Or is there somewhere I could look to find a used drivers side?

Well, this is probably going to be a waiting game. If you want to wait for one driver side to show up on the F/S Thread or ebay is up to you. Of course, going this route would proabably be alot cheaper than buying a brand new pair but you don't really know how long to wait.

If you decide to buy new, it'll be a good idea to sell your one to offset some money or just keep it in case your passenger side falls off. Then you don't have to worry about looking for another one.

For me it's not a strake under the rocker, but the ones up front. I had a driver side only till I removed it, I guess the previous owner ripped it off on a curb or something

I haventever seen a single one up for sale here that I can remember. Your best bet would probally be going and getting a new set or finding somone who needs the opposite one as you and go 50 50 on a set.

Mikey's tip:

Hang a single side strake above your front door to ward off 350Z owners. Simple, elegant, and direct. It's a good thing.
