Just curious if you work for Title Source? They are a fairly large mtg co based in Livonia. (I only know because I do their PA searches) I guess there's probably more than one mtg business in Livonia though. Just caught my eye and thought I'd ask.

No... Title Source isn't actually a mortgaging company... they are dominantly a Title provider. They work through Rock Financial, which is the self-proclaimed biggest in the state... which I do not doubt, because you can not go ANYWHERE without seeing one of their damn advertisements! They are a quicken loans company and provide good products, but often try to rape people on the origination (gotta pay for those commercials somehow!!) I work for the The Equity Group Financial. We are one of the largest as well. Our corporate office is in Livonia (but soon moving to Canton), and we have about 8 locations.

oh ok. Well their searches are simple and they never call and hassle so their alright by me. Your right about Rock Loans, I've seen that before on their orders.
