Good for you Douge!! I am pretty sure you will keep swinging that mop for 200k a year!!!!! I love it when people call on what people make!!! There are 20 year old (granted they probably don't have an S2K) millionaires that collect Ferraris. The money is out there to be made, it is everywhere. ANYONE CAN DO IT, just most people don't. A person must be motivated by money. If a person is not motivated by money, then it typically won't come to them...unless of course you are the Paris Hilton and you can romp everyone in your neighborhood and still go home and watch your trust skyrocket!!!!! Maybe we should all post our W-2's or 1099s so the BS can be filtered?????

Yeah, when do you graduate - we need a new Clean-up Manager
I should have seen that one coming, in December is when I graduate......... but trying to get out of the clean up business

The graphic design market is finally looking better at least.

None of my clients Know that i am 18. You never know what the people on the other side of the phone are doing when they are on the phone with you, im that person. It is just how you work your voice and how well you know things, people could careless if your 18. As long as you provide great costumer service and the lowest rates offerable then anybody will choose you.

That is basically how it is, i have talked to enough people around the United States to know it. The people dont care what you look like, or what you wear, or how old you are. They just want quick and easy process, with the lowestest rates and closing costs, and if you can sell those things to the client then your golden.
