Im 23, professional architecture/nature photographer, I make a different amount each month, depends on how many photo shoots I do

I also do some web work for a local Honda dealer, they gave me a great deal on my S2K

23 (24 in Jan.) Graduate college in 2 weeks with a BFA in Graphic Design. Working part time as Clean-up Manager at a Ford/Honda dealership. Low pay but managed it enough to buy my S. Anybody hiring for when I graduate

Well... I know that I'll be meeting about 150 next June at the Fresh Water Tour... I'll be sure to remember this post and call on all the exaggerators!

I do not doubt a young man can make a good living (like I said... I'm 25 and doing quite well)... but it is the one's that are doing the everyday, minimal requirement, high school graduate positions... and claiming to make big $$$ that throw me off...

I busted my ass in school and in career to earn what I do... hell, I have to beg to not be dumped on a monthly basis cause I spend so much time at work!! (...just joeking! no one would dump me! )

22, Senior Developer at an online check processing company.....about $75k/year, plus another $10k/year on side jobs that get referred to me. BTW any contract programmers out there need some side jobs? I get so many, I have to turn some down and could use some help on the ones I have to give myself some time to USE ALL THESE FREAKIN TOYS I buy but never have time to use!

Another thought - think about what these "kids" (I'm a kid too )are driving. You've got to have some income to support this type of purchase. Also look at what these "kids" are doing - computers. It is one of the first times in history when the young generation is the expert.

I do think there is a little exaggeration going on here, and if it makes you feel any better - just think of these incomes as gross (before taxes). Some of these "kids" still live with Mom and Dad
