I am 48, a special education teacher of junior high students with severe behavior disorders, and a doctoral student who is finishing up the dissertation. Even though I make a little over 40,000 a year, I will die before my student loans are paid. So this is why the investment in my s2k. It is my mental health and everytime I think of my student loans I can go for one hell of a ride!!

I own a janitorial company, we provide nightly cleaning services for what else....auto dealerships. So though I am the owner of the company, I am still technically a janitor.

27 y.o. My wife and I are both attorneys (we met in law school at George Washington). I do plaintiff's medical malpractice, and she does administrative healthcare law (medicare/medicaid reimbursement, etc.) $? Doing pretty well. The one nearly universal thing about $, though, is that no matter how much you make, there never seems to be as much as you'd like. The Mrs. just called to tell me that we bought her Dad a nearly $2,000 camera as a b-day/thank-you-for-helping-us-with-the-wedding present. He deserves it, but ouch!

those are some nice figure. The 10k a month is a bit of a fantasy. I think it's downhill from here as the home refiniancing peak has come and gone. Beside i would never get a mortgage from a 18 year old...
