Has anyone heard of or have in the their S an engine swap other than stock? I'm curious what others have tried.

Two engine choices for the S2k: F20C and F22C.

Sorry. I meant NON-S2000 engine swaps.

I don't know of any swaps, but I hear you can stroke an F20 or F22 to a 2.4/2.5L using a K24 crank.

Infact, I hear alot of K2x parts can fit in the F20/F22, although I don't see a reason for it other than the crank (cheap stroker kit).

I believe the F engines spin in the opposite direction compared to other Honda engines making a swap very difficult. Our engines are purpose-built for just the S2000 though, why would you want to swap in something else?

Tne B series spin counterclockwise as do the older honda engines. Starting with the K series, they got with the rest of the world and started spinning clockwise. What direction does the F20 turn, clockwise or counterclockwise? I think it's clockwise.

Hmmm...yeah...Alex and I were talking about that at the Dragon. A K-series turns the right way...hmmm.
