Default what exactly is zaino?

ok, ive been on these boards for a few weeks and I have heard people talking about "zaino" (I think thats how its spelled), and I just wanted to know exactly what it is. From what I gathered, it is some kind of wax or polish, but I want to know a)why it is so special b)where to get it (and why couldnt i find it at pep boys) c) what is the difference between the different types

Thank you

There are a bunch of different type of Zaino products, like polishes and pre-cleaners. Zaino helps get rid of swirls, fine scratches, and makes your car REALLY shiny and smooth.

You can only get it through authorized dealers/salespeople or online.

As a finicky car-care guy (which is pretty much par for the course here, it sounds like), I have to say these are truly awesome products- superb deep shine & friendly to the finish, easy on the skin (won't dry your hands like many waxes) and the environment, & great smelling, too! Their products for the interior are as good as the polishes, etc., - after one use, I became a permanent customer, & the rave reviews are throughout many enthusiast links, including this one & LS1.com as well as others. Great service & good advice is readily available from the Zainos as well.

This rumor falls into the same category as the "S2000 has no torque". Always promoted by what people have heard or read and not by people who use it and know. Zaino goes on easier than wax but the real magic is removing. It comes off easily with no streaking or reside. It also comes out of the hard to reach spots wax will not (like seams and crevasses). Also Zaino will not stain or discolor rubber, plastic, or other car parts the way wax does.

I placed an order with Zaino yesterday. I based my purchase on the recommendation of this board. So far no one here has steered me wrong so I took a chance. I hope it works well. <fingers crossed>
