3k is normal. This is a high revving car. Looks like you did not research much before buying.
At 80 mine is at 5k with my 4.77 gears.
This car loves to rev. 3k is not like in some super long geared American car.

 

im doing 75mph at 4k on 6th is it stock also?

At 3000 rpm, stock gears will translate to 56.6 mph in 6th.

At 4000 rpm, stock gears will translate to 75.5 mph in 6th.
