I see it's a single filament bulbs for the rear signal but it's not an 1157 bulb.

They use 7440 Clear bulbs. These are Wedge type bulbs.

Um, no. The rear bulbs are 1156A (for amber). The fronts are #7440 clear.

do they sell these at auto stores like pep boys or auto zone? or do I have to get it from the Honda dealer?

These are all common bulbs so your auto store should have them.

The stock bulbs are clear 7440 in the front. The rears are amber 1156.

If you're looking for these bulbs in other colors besides stock then most auto parts stores won't carry them. You can get them in many different colors here www.rs2motorsport.com/matrixbulbs.html
