I think our diffs are a Torsen limited slip.

Isn't there 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 ratings for a limited slip.... ours being 1.5? Or am I completely wrong?

The 1-way, 2-way descriptions are really for clutch-type differentials.

The Torsen T2 comes in different bias ratios.
For rear wheel drive Torsen lists 1.0 : 1 to 3.0 : 1.
I don't know the bias ratio of the S2000 Torsen.
It's not listed.

Here is a link to the Torsen website.
Lots of very interesting reading to do.

We were told on a visit to the Honda UK Institiute (technical training centre) this January that the Honda S2000 diff is from a Mazda RX7.

Perhaps the FD and S2K both have Torsen T2 diffs?
