to those that are blasting him for not being a good driver:

Do not underestimate CRX's Civics or anything else for that matter.

with little effort they can be made damn fast and blow a stock or lightly modded S away with ease no matter who is driving.

I think you should go SC for safer boost or a shot of NOS for easy quick power since you "say" you do not run unless messed with.

Yes...it does make a difference. You will create more drag with the top down. Because of this "top down" drag, it will take your car longer to build up speed.

Unless you are lined up against a Kia, don't race with your top down.

I agree with Primo.

I once saw a 98 civic KILL a 2001 911 turbo at the drag strip. You never know what people have done to their ride...

the stook is faster then a boxter yet you get beaten by a lightly modded crx? You do realize you have a 8k redline right and multiple gears right?

i agree with gameson
i hate it when people calls S2K a "stook"
that is just IMO.

some people need to get over with idea of more power more power...i need to beat him, beat this and such....

there will always be somebody faster than you no matter what you do.

You should get rid of your S and buy a V8. Then you will be able to smoke civics at 100+ on the public highways.

Spend as much as you can toward a supercharger. It doesn't matter if you can afford it. Doesn't matter about the insurance increase. Forget about the -fold maintenance increase. Who cares? Hey, as long as I get what I want RIGHTNOW, right?

Get the gears. More bang-for-the-buck.

The only other way to get real power increases is with an SC or Turbo. Both are much expensive options.
