RP1 (Royal Purple) with K&N filters.

However I'm sure if you changing oil every 3-5K any synthetic oil will do as they don't break down that quickly.

oem filter + honda oil.

after i hit 10k ill start using oem filter + amsoil

Thats not what RoadRage said, he did an analysis on quite afew filters and found the OEM to be our best bet.
