I'm not positive, but I think they are Volk TE-37's.

Nope, the Volks are a 6 spoke wheel, these only have 5. I saw these recently somewhere else but now I can't remember where

not sure what those are but perhaps what's on the license plate is the brand if this was off an ad???
i cant quite make out the name on the plate

I believe the plate says "value". Perhaps its from a value sport ad for their body kit?
