I think it's awesome. 2 of my best friends have an s2. And at least another 2 people I know are looking to get one soon. I think if it was another car I would start to get weirded out, but for some reason with this car I don't mind. There's just something special about this car, and i want as many of my friends to enjoy it as possible.

The more, the merrier! It's not like the S has a production run the size of Civics or Camry's...

My roommate and I have S's. His is sebring and mine is silverstone. Kids walk by our garage and point and laugh.

My other good friend also has a sebring. I think its great. We have become a giant database of S2k knowledge.

If you really want to be exclusive you can buy a TVR or an Ariel Atom. You won't find many of those riding around town.

Other than that, enjoy the company that your car has brought.

Ok well i have an ap1 berlina and after a year of having the car its just great. I get compliments left and right ( mostly when the top is down =D), and im sure you guys do too. Well, my friends love my car so much and they want to get one too. In a month one of them is getting a 03 gpw. THe other guy is working on a loan to get a nfr one. If you were me would you be happy that they are getting one or would you feel weird?
Well, hang out with your local club long enough and most of your friends will own S2000s anyway.

It's odd... I really don't want any of my friends or co-workers to copy me, mainly because I like the originality of my decision.

However, I think it's cool to meet people that have made the same selection I did.

But then, I would love for my brother or another family member to buy one or a similar car so that we would have something else in common to share.
