You're gonna have to show me the clutches in the S2000 Torsen LSD. Even though you say this quote comes from Honda, I'm calling on the idea that our OEM LSD's have any kind of clutch. R type torsen has a clutch disk, but the S2000 LSD isn't the R type.

BTW, the way a standard (and S2000) Torsen sends all the power to the wheel that unloads is a feature that makes handling more forgiving in those so called "difficult situations." It relieves the other tire of having to deal with power and leaves it free to deal with cornering, and since it's the outside rear wheel, that helps keep the tail from coming out (more readily than it already does). If you doubt this try a car with a 1.5 or 2.0 clutch type LSD.
